The ATEN CE252 allows access to your KVM installation through a local console,or a remote console placed up to a distance of 300m(1000’) away. Both the local and remote units support PS/2 consoles. In addition to these features,the ATEN CE252 includes a convenient port at the remote unit to connect an extra computer. This allows the remote user to combine their desktop computer with the remote console for increase efficiency and productivity.
