Présentation

The MOXAW311 is a wireless embedded computer for industrial applications in harsh environments, featuring 1 software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial port, a 802.11a/b/g WLAN module and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet for network redundancy.

The industrial-grade design enables the MOXA W311 to operate in temperatures of -10 to 60°C. Moreover, it can withstand 5G continuous vibration and 50G shocking, making it well-suited for strongly vibrating industrial applications and environments where embedded computers must be installed on moving objects.

The MOXA W311 contains an 802.11a/b/g wireless module that can completely satisfy the industrial demands for data transmissions, so it is an ideal control unit for short-range wireless communications.

Thanks to a pre-installed Linux Kernel 2.6 platform, the MOXA W311 embedded computer is ready-to-run, and its MOXA ART 32-bit ARM9 industrial communication processor makes it an ideal solution for industrial tasks such as data aquisition, numerical computing, protocol conversion, data processing and remote device control and monitoring.
